Customized Training Program
Requires a 2 hour appointment to create a customized training program based on your goals and any limitations you may have. Proper technique is taught for every exercise for you to complete the program on your own. Program is provided using TrueCoach which is a simple and easy to use app which contains all of the details of your program including demonstration videos of your exercises. You can also communicate with Chris directly through TrueCoach about anything program related.
