Blood Flow Restriction Training


Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training is a method that uses a specialized cuff to safely reduce blood flow to a working muscle group during low load exercise. This creates a powerful training stimulus which allows you to build strength, muscle, and endurance using lighter weight or even bodyweight exercises. It's particularly effective when typical heavy lifting isn't possible due to pain, surgery, or injury - making it ideal for rehab, post-op recovery, or de-load phases of training.
Chris has completed training through Owens Recovery Science and uses a Delfi Personalized Tourniquet System, which is considered the gold standard in BFR training.
