Performance Testing

Performance testing utilizes and variety of force testing protocols to gain insights into injury risk reduction, asymmetries, performance enhancement strategies, and general benchmarking. It's essentially a combination of strength and power assessments, with "force testing" being the umbrella term. Since the foundation all human movement is force production, force testing is now standard in sport science and performance rehabilitation settings. Force testing is generally safer and more accurate than using exercises to assess and track progress. We perform our assessment using a combination of Hawkin Dynamics force plates, Peak Force Systems equipment, and Tindeq dynamometers. A detailed report will be provided following the assessment. These assessments can either be a one time session or performed periodically to track progress.​​
