Online Coaching can provide you with a similar face-to-face coaching experience with the added convenience of being able from anywhere you want—at the gym, at home, at your office, or on the road!
This is ultimately dictated by your goals. Typically we'll start off with an assessment where I'll gather a lot of information from you then we'll go through a video analysis of some basic exercises before creating your individualized program.
Any smartphone and internet access will provide you with the technology needed for Online Coaching. Additionally, you may find that you prefer to use a computer or tablet instead of or in addition to your smartphone.
FEEDBACK & PROGRESSION
When you train, you enter feedback and upload videos (as necessary) into the TrueCoach so that your progress and form can be monitored. You can also communicate with Chris directly through TrueCoach about anything program related.
All programming is provided using TrueCoach which is a 3rd party software formulated as a simple and easy-to-use app. You can open the app at any time and see all of the details of your workouts including demonstration videos or your exercises.
The primary way you’ll communicate with Chris is through TrueCoach but emails, phone calls, and video calls, are available as necessary.
There are no specific requirements for the type of equipment you have available. Bodyweight only or any progressive resistance equipment can be used: Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, all can be incorporated into a productive program.
